Abstract

Socialization is the process of transferring ideas or ideas from society to individuals. This idea will be accepted by individuals for the learning process and to recognize social values ​​that exist in society. These ideas about normal and social values ​​will shape individual behavior in accordance with the demands in society.

K3 stands for Occupational Health and Safety, which is a policy product used by the government and business actors to prevent accidents at work and reduce the risk of work-related accidents. A work accident is a series of events or a work accident that occurs as a result of workers carrying out work and is also caused by factors or potential hazards that are interrelated (Herdianti and Hamdani) K3 targets are: Ensuring worker safety, Ensuring the safety of the tools used, Ensuring a safe and smooth production process. The norms that must be understood in K3 are: Rules relating to occupational safety and health, applied to protect workers, risks of occupational accidents and diseases. The purpose of the norms: so that there is a balance on the part of the company to ensure the safety of workers. Barriers from the workers/community side: Workers' demands are still on basic needs. Many workers do not demand K3 guarantees because human resources are still low. Barriers from the company side: Companies that usually emphasize production or operational costs and increase worker efficiency to generate maximum profits.
