Socialization is the process of transferring ideas or ideas from society to individuals. This idea will be accepted by individuals for the learning process and to recognize social values that exist in society. These ideas about normal and social values will shape individual behavior in accordance with the demands in society.
K3 stands for Occupational Health and Safety, which is a policy product used by the government and business actors to prevent accidents at work and reduce the risk of work-related accidents. A work accident is a series of events or a work accident that occurs as a result of workers carrying out work and is also caused by factors or potential hazards that are interrelated (Herdianti and Hamdani) K3 targets are: Ensuring worker safety, Ensuring the safety of the tools used, Ensuring a safe and smooth production process. The norms that must be understood in K3 are: Rules relating to occupational safety and health, applied to protect workers, risks of occupational accidents and diseases. The purpose of the norms: so that there is a balance on the part of the company to ensure the safety of workers. Barriers from the workers/community side: Workers' demands are still on basic needs. Many workers do not demand K3 guarantees because human resources are still low. Barriers from the company side: Companies that usually emphasize production or operational costs and increase worker efficiency to generate maximum profits.
