Sosialisasi Pentingnya Vitamin C Pada Kesehatan Masyarakat Kota Balikpapan: Upaya Literasi Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja

Literasi kesehatan—terutama mengenai peran vitamin C dalam memperkuat imunitas dan mendukung keselamatan kerja—masih terbatas di Masyarakat urban seperti Balikpapan.Meningkatkan literasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja melalui sosialisasi dan distribusi vitamin C. Intervensi quasi-eksperimental komunitas melibatkan sosialisasi singkat dan pemberian vitamin C di beberapa lokasi kerja. Pengetahuan peserta diukur sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan kuesioner. Peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman manfaat vitamin C (perlindungan imun, antioksidan, regenerasi jaringan) dan kesadaran praktik K3.
Strategi literasi kesehatan yang dikombinasikan dengan distribusi vitamin C efektif dalam memberdayakan masyarakat untuk lebih sadar dan bertindak terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Model ini layak untuk direplikasi di konteks perkotaan lain.
